Impatwe (constipation) ni indwara yo kunanirwa kwituma ugasanga umuntu amaze nk’icyumweru atajya ku musarani, cyangwa se umuntu akituma ibikomeye bimusaba kwikanira cyangwa rimwe na rimwe bikamubabaza.

Urubuga rwa doctissimo rwandika ko umuntu urwaye impatwe atituma neza iyo yituma munsi y’inshuro eshatu mu cyumweru, akituma imyanda ikomeye, bikanamusaba kwikanira cyane igihe yituma.
