ESE NI KI GITUMA UMUGORE ARENZA ITARIKI YO KUBYARA?

Umuvandimwe ati: “Ese ni iki gituma umugore asagiza (arenza itariki yo kubyariraho)? Ese ntangaruka bigira? Ese byakosorwa bigakunda? Ese n’iki umuntu yakora bimubayeho?”

Iyo umugore amaze kumenya ko atwite, atangira kubara ya mezi icyenda azamarana umwana mu nda,

ariko hari ubwo aya mezi arangira umwana ntahite avuka, akaba yarenza iminsi yagombaga kumara mu nda.

Muri iyi nkuru turasobanura zimwe mu mpamvu zibitera, ingaruka bigira ari ku mwana n’umubyeyi ndetse n’igikorwa mu bihe nk’ibyo.

Iyo umugore atwite, agirwa inama yo kwisuzumisha kenshi gashoboka kwa muganga, aho iyo anyuze mu cyuma (Echographie) cyangwa se biturutse ku bihe aherukira mu mihango, muganga amubarira iminsi asigaje ngo yibaruke, hanyuma akamubwira itariki aba agomba kubyariraho.

Ese ubundi ni ryari bivugwa ko umugore yarengeje igihe cyo kubyara?

Ese uku gutinda kubyara guterwa n’iki?

Uku gutinda kubyara bituruka ku mpamvu nyinshi nk’uko Dr Iba akomeza abisobanura.

Ni izihe ngaruka se zaba ziterwa n’uku kurenza igihe cyo kubyara?

Uko imyanya myibarukiro y’umugore iteye, yagenewe igihe runaka cyo kumarana umwana, agakura kugeza ubwo aba atakibasha gukurira mu nda ahubwo biba ngombwa ko asohoka agakurira hanze.

Iyo icyo gihe kirenze rero, hari ingaruka nyinshi bigira ari ku mwana cyangwa se no ku mubyeyi umutwite.

Dr Iba yagize ati “Ingaruka zo zirahari cyane. Harimo nko kuba ingobyi (placenta), yirema mu nda umwana akayikuriramo yasaza. Iyo ishaje rero kandi ari yo itunga umwana, igatuma akomeza kubaho, bishobora guhagarika gukura k’umwana. Ariko kandi n’iyo ikomeje gukora neza, umwana arakura bikabije bityo bikazatuma kubyara bigorana cyane ndetse bikamara n’igihe kirekire cyane.

Iyo umwana akomeje gutinda mu nda kandi, bituma agira ibibazo byinshi mu ivuka rye nko kubura umwuka wo guhumeka (oxygene) ndetse n’utundi tubazo dutandukanye ku buryo ashobora no kutabaho”

Ibi bishobora kwangiriza umwana mu gihe amazi bita isuha amenetse mbere y’amasaha 18 ngo ibise bize.

Ese ni iki cyakorwa ngo umubyeyi n’umwana badahura n’ibi byago?

Mu bihe nk’ibi abaganga batanga imiti itandukanye itera ibise, maze umugore agatangira umurimo wo kwibaruka, ibi bigakorwa umuganga yabanje kureba uko umwana ameze mu nda, uko umutima we utera n’ibindi byinshi birebwaho iyo umubyeyi agiye kubyara, ariko kandi akanita k’uko umubyeyi ameze n’imbaraga afite.

Iyo muganga abonye ko hari ingaruka iyi miti ishobora kugira ku mwana n’umubyeyi, ni bwo afata umwanzuro wo kumubaga, aho basatura nyababyeyi bagateruramo umwana.

Ni yo mpamvu rero buri mubyeyi wese utwite aba agomba kwisuzumisha kenshi kandi yarenza igihe yabwiwe na muganga akihutira kumubaza icyakorwa ngo hirindwe ibi bibazo byose.
