Ese gusama cg gutwita hari impungengenge biteye?

Kenshi abakobwa ni bo bakunze kugira amakenga, iyo batangiye kwiyumvaho impinduka nyuma yuko bakoze imibonano mpuzabitsina n’abagabo kandi batikingiye, ibi bikaba byatuma bakeka ko basamye inda, cyangwa se na none ntibabitindeho kandi basamye.

Hari ibimenyetso ndakuko bikunze kugaragara ku mukobwa cyangwa umugore wasamye inda, niyo yaba atagiye kwisuzumisha kwa muganaga.

1. Kugira Umunaniro udasanzwe

Iyo umugore cyangwa umukobwa atangiye kwiyumvaho umunaniro mwinshi, kandi nyamara nta mirimo cyangwa urugendo yakoze, iki ni kimwe mu bimenyetso by’uko ashobora kuba yarasamye inda.

Hano rero impuguke mu bijyanye n’ubuvuzi bw’indwara z’abagore, baragira bati: “Wikoresha imiti irimo caffeine wivura umunaniro niba utekereza ko waba utwite, ahubwo gerageza kwita ku mubiri wawe, ufate umwanya wo kuruhuka uhagije”.

2. Gutangira kubona impinduka ziza ku mubiri inyuma

Mu mpinduka zikunze kugaragara ku mukobwa cyangwa umugore wasamye, harimo nko guhindura ibara kw’inda, ndetse no korohera kw’inkondo y’umura.

3. Guhurwa ibiryo bimwe na bimwe

Ibi bikaba bikunze guterwa n’umusemburo witwa human chorionic gonadothropin, uyu ni wo musemburo wa mbere ukorwa n’urusoro, utangira gukorwa mu cyumweru cya mbere umugore asamye.

4. Kutihanganira impumuro zimwe na zimwe

Iyo umugore cyangwa umukobwa atangiye kumva anukirwa n’impumuro ubusanzwe yakundaga, aha twavuga nk’amavuta yo kwisiga, imibavu ibiryo, ndetse n’ibindi, iki na cyo ni kimwe mu bimenyetso byerekana ko uwo muntu yasamye inda, Ibi na byo biterwa n’izamuka ry’imisemburo.

4. Kugira isesemi ndetse no kuruka

5. Kubyimba no kuribwa amabere

Mu gihe umugore cyangwa umukobwa yasamye, kenshi agira uburibwe mu mabere ndetse akiyongera mu bunini, izi mpinduka biroroshye kuzibona.

Niba amabere akurya, ni byiza kwambara akenda k’imbere akayafata kuko gatuma aguma hamwea ntiyinyeganyeze cyane ngo bigutere uburibwe.

6. Gushaka kujya kwihagarika buri kanya

Abahanga mu buvuzi bavuga ko mu minsi ya mbere nyababyeyi itangira gukura, noneho ikabyiga uruhago rw’inkari, bityo umugore yagira n’akantu gato anywa, agahita ashaka kujya kwihagarika.

Ibi ngo birangirana n’igihembwe cya mbere ariko bikagaruka mu gihembwe cya gatatu kuko nyababyeyi iba yarakuze cyane kandi n’umutwe w’umwana ukaba uba wegamiye uruhago rw’inkari. Ibi nta cyo wakora ngo ubyirinde, ahubwo icyo ugomba kumenya ni uko ari byiza kutajya ahantu bigoranye kubona ubwiherero.

7. Guhumeka bigoranye rimwe na rimwe

Abagore n’abakobwa benshi iyo bagisama inda ya mbere bakunze guhura n’ikibazo cyo kubura umwuka by’akanya gato.

Ibi ngo biterwa n’uko baba bagomba guhumeka aha babiri.

Ni byiza kuganira na muganga mu gihe uzi ko ugira iki kibazo, iki rero na cyo ni kimwe mu bimenyetso bizakubwira ko bishoboka ko wasamye inda.

Reka tukubwire tuti:

Nubwo hari indwara zimwe na zimwe zishobora kugira ibimenyetso nk’ibi tumaze kuvuga, ni byiza kujya kwa muganga mu gihe wibonyeho ibimenyetso nk’ibi kuko bishobora kuba atari uburwayi ahubwo ari ibimenyetso byerekana ko wasamye inda.

Reka dusoze tuvuga tuti:

Amakuru ari kuri uru rubuga ntasimbura ayo umuntu ahabwa na Muganga igihe yagiye kwivuza,

Ntawe ugomba gushingira kuri aya makuru yonyine gusa, ngo yifatira ibyemezo ku buzima bwe,

Niyo mpamvu tubashishikariza kujya kuri Hospital ikwegereye.
