Ese inkorora ni ndwara Ki?

Inkorora ni imwe mu ndwara ihangayikisha uyirwaye.

Buri wese ashobora kuba yafatwa n’iyi ndwara cyane kuko yandura bitewe n’imihindagurikire y ’ikirere n’ibindi.

Mu gihe rero urwaye iyi ndwara hari ibiribwa byakunganira ugakira vuba.

Kurya ibiribwa bisanzwe byagufasha kwivura inkorora kandi nta ngaruka bigira nk’imiti isanzwe .

Ese ibyo biribwa byagufasha gukira inkorora ni ibihe?

Aha hari bimwe mu biribwa wafata ukabasha gukira inkorora ;

1 . Tangawizi (ginger ) ;

Tangawizi ni kimwe mu biribwa bikiza inkorora neza.

Iyo ufite icyayi cya tangawizi cyangwa ukaba wahekenya uduce duto twa tangawizi byagufasha cyane kuba wakira inkorora kandi ukabasha gukira vuba,

kuko iyi tangawizi ibamo ( anti -inflammatory ) bimwe mu bintu birwanya microbe zimwe nazimwe cyangwa se udukoko dutera inkorora byagufasha gukira inkorora nibindi bimenyetso biyitera .

2 . Isosi irimo ibituguri n’ urusenda nibindi birungo bitadukanye.

Isosi y’inkoko (umufa) nayo yagufasha kuba wakira inkorora neza kandi vuba ushobora kuba wafata agasahane kuzuye umufa w’ inkoko maze uguca ukubiri n ’indwara y ’inkorora kandi vuba.

Mu gihe uyiteka ukwiye gushyiramo tungurusumu nyinshi ,karoti,amashu, mbese ibintu by ’imboga nyinshi ukabivanga muri uwo mufa w’inkoko kuko ibyo byose byongera umubiri ubudahangarwa ukabasha gukira vuba,

4 . Tungurusumu

Gukoresha cyane tungurusumu mu biribwa byawe cyane mugihe uri kurya cyangwa utetse uzivangamo na byo birafasha cyane kuba wakira inkorora vuba cyane.

Tungurusumu zirafasha cyane ni kimwe mu biribwa rero bikiza inkorora kuko yica ama microbe aba ari mu muhongo.

Mu byo kurya byawe ujye ushyiramo tungurusumu cyangwa unazihekenye nabyo byagufasha cyane.

5 . Imbuto zibamo citrus (indimu, amaronji, mandelena)

Ningobwa gufata imbuto zirimo citrus arizo indimu, amaronji ,mandelena n’ibindi bibamo iyi acid yitwa citric,

kuko ikiza inkorora vuba cyane ukabasha kumererwa neza cyane kandi ni ufashe umutobe wizimbuto birafasha cyane kuko iyi acid iba muri izi mbuto ubasha kuba yabohora umuhogo wawe ukica ama bacteria yose yaba aterwa n ’inkorora hamwe nizindi mbuto zifite vitamin C.

Ni byiza kumenya ibiribwa by ’ingenzi byagufasha kuba wakira inkorora rero mugihe ufashwe n ’inkorora jya ufata ibi biribwa kuko bifasha.

Ubuki nabwo bwagufasha uramutse ubunyweye.

Hari n ’Ibindi byinshi byagufasha ariko cyane ibi bivuzwe haruguru nibyo byiza cyane byagukiza vuba utiriwe ujya kwivuza kwa muganga.

Niba hari ubundi busobanuro mukeneye twiteguye kubafasha. Murakize!
